Paula has 29 years’ experience in the international supply chain management of Apparel, Textiles and hardgoods, working across a range of disciplines including product development, factory sourcing, production operations, distribution and sustainability governance, including Product Safety.

Her career kicked off in the mid 80s, with one of Marks & Spencer’s largest UK manufacturers. Paula lived and working in Hong Kong from 1995 to 2003, where as Global General Manager at Li & Fung, she overseen Operations and CSR for some 60 countries, working with many of the world’s largest fashion brands & retailers.

Today, as a partner at ATI Group, Paula works with industry, governments and organisations pursuing efficient, sustainable global supply chains. Paula current serves as a member of the Attorney-General’s Department (AGD) - Supply Chains Working Group. Paula worked as an Industry Advisor to the British Government’s RAGS Challenge (Responsible & Accountable Garment Sector) Fund from 2010-2013, providing advice on improving labour conditions in the garment sector in poorer Africana and Asian countries, supplying major UK retailers.

In 2010 Paula was admitted as a Fellow to The Textile Institute, UK, and holds a post graduate in Export Marketing, from Boston University (1992-93).

Meriel has 18 years international experience in the Textile and Apparel Industries, with direct experience spanning 4 continents covering Product Development, Commercialisation Management, Supply Chain and Quality Management, Product Safety and Ethical Supply chains as well as Forward Order Planning and Inventory Optimisation. This is all driven by a passion to work with great products.

Her career started as a Fabric and Product Technologist with Marks and Spencer. Meriel then moved to work with W.L. Gore and Associates from 2001 to 2004 working with the fabric suppliers responsible for the quality, safety and performance of millions of metres/annum, regularly applying pragmatic problem solving to ensure the customers’ needs were accommodated and performance guaranteed.

In Australia Meriel was Offshore Production Manager for Drizabone Pty. Ltd managing their range that complimented their iconic Australian made oilskin garments. The role encompassed complete commercial, technical and quality management interfacing with the design team to meet the product range requirements for each season and travelling to manufacturers in Asia to ensure quality assurance and supply chain compliance.

Today, as a partner at ATI Group. Meriel works with organisations, industry and government to develop high quality products and supply capability with innovative, efficient and sustainable supply chains.

Meriel’s professional recognition as a Chartered Colourist and Associate of the Society of Dyers and Colourists, recognizes not only her specialist academic background in this field but also her operational experience in the field of dye and colour management in the textile and garment industry.
